hi all, the topic for today is family. what is the meaning behind the term family.

Wikipedia.org said In human context, a family (from Latin: familiare) is a group of people affiliated by consanguinity, affinity, or co-residence. To me, family is where you can share everything no matter what together. Is where things can be done to make every single one in the family happy and harmony.

Im writing this topic because i dnt think i knw the word family very well. I have been spending too much time on my studies, my friends but very less on my family. You can call me a bad son. I do admit i did not run my responsibility very well. So, from now on. things will change. Ill do my best for whatever i can to make everyone happy.

Time is the most important essence in this. Spend more time with your family instead. This post is to remind everyone out there that they are the closest among any of your friends. So think back, and think real hard. What have you done to your family member to make them happy? and when were your last time?

Another important thing that you can do is to be honest with them. Everything can be said in your conversation with them. If nothing is spit out. You can feel the gap is getting wider and wider. So people out there, please think and refresh, when is the last time u talk to them in a proper conversation. A simple question like "how are you doing today" would meant alot to them. So do yourself a favour. Try asking tht very simple question, youll be amazed how happy they will be. (:

its me again. first of all. i would like to say WHAT A RELIEVE after done training in TEMPTATIONS. Life is full of ups and down. just had dinner with the bunch of crew in lookout point. I would like to say thank you for every single thing you guys have done and helped in achieving what we achieved today. You guys gets my respect. *salute*
you guys did your best and im proud to have everyone of you in my team. you guys should feel great after having an open discussion with chefs. hope you guys are satisfied and get over it. its hospitality industry. its never easy. done with temptations. FULLSTOP.

hellu hello! (: im back! sorry for the late update. have been busy doing my work and stuff. and thanks to mal who ask me to update if not i wont be bothering to update. very lazy. ahaha. thanks mallu. :P

anyway. whats new :
- im officially 2cm away from being bald. ahaha. YES! i cut my hair and it feels freaking awesome. very very comfortable. u GUYS should try it! :D:D

here are the updates,
im currently running temptations with a crew that supports me. thanks for all the assistance that i get from chef ang, sham and others.
honestly speaking. starting up a restaurant is really a hell of a shit! honestly.
proper planning is needed! i MEAN NEEDED!
you have to think from all kinds of perspective and point of view. Get to know every single shits that guest would think of. (: oh well. its a good training tho i have to say. I get to learn alot. anyway, ill stop here for temptations. its driving me nuts.

okayy. went JB for fishing. A great experience i have to say. thanks to collin and his family for providing a good hospitality service to us. :D ahaha. LETS GO FOR MORE! end of this training?

went BBQ-ing for all the fishes and CRAB that we fish the other day. hahaa. it was awesome. ONLY one word can describe the trip. AWESOME! (:

DAY 1 : settle down, prepare rods, change clothing and voila! you are a fisherman now! :D:D
DAY 2 : caught all kinds of fishes including whatsoever fish was that and garoupa and sharks. all from JEROME the all time wonder. ahahaha.

bout myself. im currently feeling very restless. maybe its due to temptation. a good rest and good soup from mummy would do the trick (: ahaha.

For those who dont know zoey is a schnauzer dog. she is one of the gift i was long for. having her means more responsibilities. although it is sometimes tired. have to wake up early to clean her cage and make her food soft before giving to her. well, after seeing her all the things i did was worth it. its me again. its already 5.10am and im not sleeping yet. Rushing work. not because we did it last minute. Its because lecturer gave us extra work and wants us to hand it up next week. HRM, French exam, Mr. D's work. Entrepeneurship. Sigh. Works are getting more and more. Time are getting nearer each sec. How i wish i can stop time and return to term 4 & 5 where all the fun is. haha. guess we all have to grow up.

Pan seared beef with red wine reduction sauce accompanied with buttered asparagus and tomato confit side by saute button mushrooms and carrot orange puree.

Soft boiled eggs with bechamel sauce and topped with cheese accompanied by garden vegetables and lemon zest vinaigrette. opps. not to forget another creation of goh. Haha. Parsley oil emulsion. Thanks again.

im feeling lost nowadays. i dont know why. i dont have time to spend with my dad even though he is back. i got plenty of work in my hands. i always wish to cook for my dad. just one simple meal will do. but wth. whenever my dad is back here there is always plenty of work for me. im sorry dad. guess im not a good son after all. hello everyone. im back. after so long. hee. sorry. too busy. having problem with time management. (: well. so far training have been great. i got 3 days off thanks to public holiday, day off and replacement. 3 days straight without work. (: i feel much better now. hahaa. ive learnt alot this few weeks. chef thought us alot of new things. okay. i bought mum a gift from perlin's silver. share out with my brother. my mum loves it alot. thank god. ahaha. dad just went back to work. coming back in 3 months time again. hope 3 months fly faster. i didnt spend enough time with him. sorry dad. at least you went macau. not me. haha. ;) okayyy. so far life has been good. i got a good caring girlfriend who never fails to make me laugh. :) ahaha. love you. i got alot of supportive gay friends who i can count on when i have my off. weee. and my family for treating me so well. so i got no complains so far. thank you all. thank god. hopefully it will be better.

im worried about my bro and mum. both of them got sick today. and they are suspected for dengue. =S i hope its not. i really do. bro kena once and its critical if he got it again. =\ god, if you hear me. i dont mind you shorten my duration of life just to wish them not to get dengue. i really do. seriously. =\ and i really hope they will do fine by tomorrow morning. if not life will be nothing without them although we argued sometimes.
