there you go.

its me again. its already 5.10am and im not sleeping yet. Rushing work. not because we did it last minute. Its because lecturer gave us extra work and wants us to hand it up next week. HRM, French exam, Mr. D's work. Entrepeneurship. Sigh. Works are getting more and more. Time are getting nearer each sec. How i wish i can stop time and return to term 4 & 5 where all the fun is. haha. guess we all have to grow up.
Anyway. Updated my blog. Send up my pics. nothing much. Hope you guys like it.
Pan seared beef with red wine reduction sauce accompanied with buttered asparagus and tomato confit side by saute button mushrooms and carrot orange puree.
Thanks goh for the puree. (: haaa. its freaking awesome. There you go. Another cool idea by chef from France. ;)

Soft boiled eggs with bechamel sauce and topped with cheese accompanied by garden vegetables and lemon zest vinaigrette. opps. not to forget another creation of goh. Haha. Parsley oil emulsion. Thanks again.

Oh yeaa. and the dessert is creme caramel. Its freaking awesome. Too bad i forgot to take picture of it. The texture is like tau foo fah while the caramel colour is not dark enough. haha. (: au revoire.
